Your pages for the year laid out as a dimension line against a goal, with the books you finished each month.

  • Pages, books, sessions, best streak
  • One cell per 500 pages
Year sheet A3: 6,214 of 12,000 pages as a row of cells, books finished per month as hatched blocks, and totals of 8 books, 41 sessions and a 12-day best streak.

Sheet A5 · Questions

Questions.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. Dogear works entirely on your iPhone.

Does Shelf Scan upload my photos?

No. The camera image is read on your iPhone to find book spines. It is not saved and not sent anywhere. Dogear makes no network calls at all.

What happens after 20 books?

The free shelf holds 20 books. Dogear Plus removes that limit. Everything you have already logged stays where it is.

How do I move to a new phone?

Dogear has no account or server, so your shelf lives on your iPhone. See Support for what to check before you switch.

Is there an Android version?

It is in development. Dogear is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
